We seek out properties in Texas. We are looking for properties located in Central and East Texas. If an RV Resort/Park, it must be a year round business. We will look at any size park as long as the numbers work. Manufactured Home Communities may be a mix of RVs and Homes.

We are looking for parks for the long term. We plan to be here tomorrow not just today. Parks must be of good quality and well kept.

We will look at other types of properties but our goal is to own and operate quality parks that are fun to live in and fun to be at. After all, we are the "HI"Company!
